Beth Bell has over 20 years of client relationship, project management, and marketing experience. She is known for her positive energy, vision, and using data-driven insights to develop creative, results oriented solutions. Bell’s career includes leading transformation across healthcare in the payor sector, serving as the Executive Director of the Salem-Roanoke Chamber of Commerce, where she built relationships with Economic Development, Workforce, and Tourism partners, and in her own marketing and public relations business where she worked to grow national, regional, and local brands through digital, print, and influencer-driven marketing campaigns. Bell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Radford University and has completed a range of professional credentials and coursework that fuel her love of learning and growth. She is also an active force in the regional business community as a founder and leader of a women’s networking group, an advisor to small businesses, and a mentor for emerging entrepreneurs.
