Laura Hebert is a seasoned hospitality and administrative specialist bringing over 20 years of experience in customer service, process improvement, and business management. Hebert’s professional flexibility in fast-paced environments is due to her excellence in multi-tasking, her passion for helping others, and her overall business-acumen.

Laura is a graduate of James Madison University who holds a BBA in International Business and Hospitality & Tourism Management. She is based out of Eddy Alexander’s headquarters in Roanoke, VA where she diligently manages the needs of the executive leadership team.
